ā¢ Position responsible for providing installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region ā¢ Provide Tier II work on products and services of medium-high complexity ā¢ Primary services include hardware maintenance, installation, network management, multi-vendor maintenance and software support ā¢ Provide installation, maintenance and repairs on ATM and POS equipment ā¢ Manage customer incidents as assigned ā¢ Responsible for ownership of all customer issues ā¢ Verify that the site environment meets the requirements prior to installation or rollout ā¢ Analyze and correct all technical problems on equipment ā¢ Perform periodic preventive maintenance routines on products ā¢ Respond to a customer call, which will include problem identification, escalation and resolution of operating system software problems ā¢ Responsible for network fault management ā¢ Maintain accurate reporting of calls and activity
ā¢ High School Diploma or equivalent ā¢ Native Polish, good English ā¢ 2+ years of related experience ā¢ Ability to work with Microsoft Office suite ā¢ Experience on Windows XP, Windows 2000 operating systems required ā¢ Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support ā¢ Experience in IT - routing and switching ā¢ A+ Certification ā¢ ITE or Polytechnic in Electronics and Communications Engineering ā¢ Works well with minimal supervision ā¢ Good problem solving skills ā¢ Ability to pick up new skills quickly ā¢ Ability to work under pressure ā¢ Ability to meet deadlines and produce high quality work ā¢ Excellent interpersonal skills/customer relationship skills required ā¢ High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude ā¢ High level of personal integrity ā¢ Support and promote teamwork and cooperative effort ā¢ Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call
