Description

• As a QA Engineer at NCRi and CXAi, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile platforms. • This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform thorough testing across various scenarios and environments. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand project requirements and deliverables. • Design, execute, and document test cases and test scenarios for both web and mobile platforms. • Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing. • Identify, log, and track defects in the system, ensuring timely resolution with the development team. • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility and responsiveness. • Validate user interfaces and user experience to ensure seamless functionality and usability. • Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test reports, and bug logs. • Participate in release management and post-release validation processes. • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all features meet quality expectations before release.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or in a related engineering discipline is required. • Licensing to practise as a professional engineer is preferred. • 3-5 years of experience as QA Engineer or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes. • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
