📋 Description

• Mobile Wave Solutions is a professional services company specialising in software development as a service. • We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer for an exciting opportunity with a client in a market-leading multimedia sports company. • As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of innovative digital solutions for our customers. • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for the back end. • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and QA engineers to understand application requirements and translate them into efficient automated test cases. • Develop and execute functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end tests using modern test automation frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation Development. • Proficiency in: Java (Javascript is a bonus ) • Bonus experience with Appium for mobile test automation (Android & iOS). • Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber/BDD, or PyTest. • Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. • Solid understanding of API testing and experience with tools like Postman or REST Assured. • Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries for data validation. • Understanding of system integrations, required to bridge system gaps and ensure seamless interoperability between different components. • Ability to write efficient, reusable, and maintainable test scripts and reusable test libraries. • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
