Description

• Responsible for defining strategic direction and planning for geospatial content operations • Overseeing ongoing production and delivery of content portfolio • Lead regional operations directors to agree and maintain decision frameworks supporting GTM functions • Ensure continuous, consistent and robust operation of global Geospatial Content production pipeline

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior leader of complex technical operations • Approximately 10 years of well-rounded high growth, senior leadership experience across strategy, technology, operations and delivery functions • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire an operations team through complex challenges and high rates of change and growth • Strategic thinker and communicator • Strong relationship management and contract negotiation skills • Superb analytical skills • Broad and solid technical and operations management skills • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills • Positive and energetic • Strong emotional intelligence • Entrepreneurial spirit • Relevant education background at a Bachelor’s or Masters degree level (in fields such as Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics etc)
