• Come join us and make a difference in the world! • As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will deliver solutions into live operational service. • Build, Commissioning, and upgrades of NEC Software Solutions bespoke Communication and CAD products. • Fault finding our product suite at hardware and software levels. • Create, review and update engineering documentation.
Requirements
• Experienced in troubleshooting and problem solving • A good understanding of Microsoft active directory / domain architecture • Proven experience of administering and working with Microsoft Windows 11, Windows Server up to 2022 • Proven Experience deploying Microsoft Windows and server Operating systems • Proven Experience deploying Microsoft Windows Updates (WSUS) • Working knowledge of MySQL/MSSQL (running backups, running queries, etc) • Proven knowledge and experience of virtualisation environments (Hyper-V or VMware) • MS Business Applications experience including Excel, Visio, Word • Excellent customer service skills • Proven experience working to ITIL best practices.
