📋 Description
• Lead the NBS Compliance & Risk Team ensuring compliance with rules and regulations. • Collaborate across departments to ensure proactive compliance and risk management. • Develop strong management relationships and provide compliance reports to Senior Management. • Handle audits and represent company interests at conferences. • Assess and manage business risks and compliance concerns. • Train and promote awareness regarding compliance issues. • Supervise compliance staff and enhance team effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
• A four-year college degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. • A minimum of five years management experience in a customer service, banking, and/or compliance and auditing roles. • Payments industry experience and expertise strongly preferred. • Experience in interpreting rules and regulations preferred. • Professional certifications (such as CPA, CMA, CIA, AAP-Accredited ACH Professional) or advance degree preferred.
