• Developing engaging and impactful learning content to support the training and development of global sales teams. • This role focuses exclusively on instructional design.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in instructional design with a focus on sales training content • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond and AI-powered learning tools) • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies • Experience using AI for content development, adaptive learning and automation in instructional design • Experience in multimedia production, including video creation and graphic design for learning • Excellent attention to detail, creativity and ability to simplify complex sales concepts into engaging training content • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learner Technology or related field
