β€’ Call inbound leads within 5 minutes of their sign-up to qualify them for the sales team β€’ Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and prospects β€’ Prospect potential leads and brands using tools like SellerCrowd, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Hunter.io β€’ Craft and execute outbound email campaigns to engage with prospective leads and generate qualified opportunities β€’ Schedule calls for the sales team and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads β€’ Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies β€’ Follow up with leads in a timely manner and nurture relationships to convert them into qualified opportunities β€’ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set β€’ Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field β€’ Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales role β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong organizational and time-management abilities β€’ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach β€’ Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
