Description

• Responsible for the end-to-end packaging, positioning, and promotion of solar energy solutions. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, including brochures and presentations, and strategically position products in the global market. • Spearhead the introduction of products to emerging markets, ensuring successful market entry and growth. • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes and identify unique selling points. • Develop and implement product positioning and promotion strategies tailored to target audiences and various markets. • Analyze foreign markets and competitors, conduct SWOT analysis, launch and adapt marketing from scratch. • Develop and implement customer journey maps to understand and optimize customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. • Fluent in English and Russian. • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably with the hi-tech products. • Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics and experience with global product launches. • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Customer Journey Maps (CJM). • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. • Proficiency in market research and analysis, with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities. • Strong skills in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint (other tools), and the ability to prepare professional presentations. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel as needed to support market entry and client engagements.
