• Generate new leads through various channels and qualify them for insurance products • Nurture client relationships and provide exceptional customer support • Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions • Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients • Negotiate and close insurance sales deals • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and activity reports • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of proven experience in insurance sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships • Goal-oriented and self-motivated • Proficiency in insurance products and industry knowledge • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets • Strong negotiation and closing abilities • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity. • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
