Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations management or a related field • Familiarity with the insurance industry, communication skills, natural leader • Dedicated resource for team management functions, coaching, and QA. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in using productivity tools and office software • Ability to work flexible hours • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity. • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
