• Lead the technical discovery to understand the alignment between what Neptune offers and prospective customer expectations • Conduct product demos for various ML and GenAI use cases and ML pipeline setups • Demonstrate and prepare relevant examples of using Neptune, considering the particular use case and how Neptune will work/integrate with other tools • Lead architectural reviews and assessments • Guide the seamless integration of Neptune into customers' existing MLOps stacks • Maintain meaningful relationships with technical influencers and champions within ML teams, both pre and post-sale • Partner with CSMs to ensure product adoption and successful onboarding of enterprise customers • Collaborate with CSMs and Product Marketing to drive new feature adoption and expand product usage • Refine examples prepared for a customer for a Product Marketing and Docs team to use • Provide market and customer feedback to the Product and Engineering team to refine feature specifications and the product roadmap
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or other customer-facing roles • 2+ years of experience building production-grade ML systems • Knowledge about GenAI and LLM-based AI systems • Fluency with scripting in Python • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
