• Talk to customers about requirement gathering • Collaborate with an international team • Analyse customer requirements • Design sophisticated software solutions • Create user stories and documentation • Conduct user tests • Support complex, long-term projects
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent • 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role • Background in financial services, ideally in savings products • Knowledge of Java programming • Familiarity with Docker, Spring, and REST • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Fluency in English; German is advantageous • Willingness to travel
