📋 Description

• Designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using Neptune Software's low-code platform to meet client-specific needs. • Collaborating on strategies to continually enhance the customer experience by identifying innovative ways to add value. • Advising clients on optimizing their business processes using Neptune Software's applications to drive efficiency and productivity. • Assisting clients with configuring Neptune Software's solutions to align with their specific business requirements and industry standards. • Providing expert guidance on SAP integration, ensuring seamless compatibility with Neptune Software’s solutions. • Effectively communicating with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships. • Managing issues related to implementation, configuration, or usage of Neptune Software's solutions, particularly in SAP environments. • Delivering training sessions and ongoing support to ensure clients can effectively utilize Neptune Software's tools and solutions. • Directing complex issues to the engineering team when necessary, while actively monitoring progress and responses to incidents. • Staying up-to-date with Neptune Software’s product updates, SAP advancements, and ABAP developments to provide expert guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. • 5+ years of experience working in technical roles. • Extensive SAP knowledge (must-have). • JavaScript knowledge (nice-to-have). • Proven ability to understand complex customer software landscapes. • Advanced communication and writing skills.
