• The Senior Manager, FP&A will prepare accurate and timely management financial reporting, budget planning, and analysis to the leadership team and board of directors. • Works closely with senior management to increase the company’s efficiency and profitability. • This position requires a strategic partner to department heads internal and external, by provide in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. • Prepare the month-end close financial reporting package. • Working closely with accounting team and ensure the complete, accurate processing of monthly revenue and rev-share. • Compile KPI data to a reporting format for trend Analysis. • Build strong operating processes/Tools/models for quick and detailed insights of the business for any pricing adjustments, rate card changes etc. • Continuously identify opportunities for improving planning processes, enhance system efficiency and accuracy. • Prepare, maintain and deliver retailer and advertiser P&L. • Review, reconcile rev-share accruals to payments by partners and retailers. • Track and report KPI’s and financial reporting as required to external partners. • Utilizing BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of exemplary FP&A experience and performance; prior experience in digital advertising industry preferred. • Demonstrated consistent accuracy and timely submission of all reporting and analysis to senior management and Board of Directors. • Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools; strong problem solving skills. • Prior experience in Oracle financial system preferred, Tableau or Microsoft BI proficiency. • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and communicate to peers and the business. • High level of business acumen with exceptional task and time management skills. • Ability to capture work intake, set priorities, measure progress, report status and manage to targets. • Advanced technical skills, specifically Excel (including macros) is required. • Ability to be onsite at our Jersey City, NJ office, as needed.
