📋 Description

• We are seeking an experienced construction industry product or offering manager to join our dynamic team. • The Industry Product Manager (Construction) will be responsible for development and management of the entire lifecycle of an ERP-based service offering. • The primary role is to oversee all aspects of the offering including market research, business model definition, solution requirements, and operational metrics. • This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of these solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in offering management, services and/or product management, marketing, or business development, preferably within a vertical industry. • Proven track record of successfully defining, managing and launching construction-specific solutions with consultant and development teams. • Strong knowledge of the business application space (specifically ERP, CRM, and HRMS are a plus) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Deep understanding of technology solutions and their application within specific industries. • Knowledge of the B2B technology industry for the SMB market and partner channels is a plus. • Strong planning and execution skills with attention to detail. • Organization skills and management of social media content calendars. • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders. • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence. • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication. • Ability to travel as needed.
