Description

β€’ Seeking an experienced Sage 100 Consultant to plan, design, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems. β€’ Works directly with customers to identify business requirements to allow technical solution proposal development. β€’ Applies communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to maximize IT systems investments. β€’ Works with the sales team to develop and close service projects, maintaining customer satisfaction and ease of support.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 plus years of experience using ERP solutions (i.e., Epicor, Dynamics AX, Sage or similar ERP software). β€’ Preferable Sage 100. β€’ 2 plus year experience implementing Sage 100 ERP solutions desired, but not required. β€’ Understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including but not limited to distribution and/or manufacturing with a functional competency in accounting, quote to cash, procure to play, operations, e-commerce or CRM functions highly desired. β€’ Experience in providing support related to product demonstrations and assisting in needs analysis and solution recommendations. β€’ Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience desired. β€’ Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies desired. β€’ Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and solid Microsoft Office skills required. β€’ Demonstrated skills of completing successful implementations, either as an end user or software consultant. β€’ Demonstrate strong focus on quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. β€’ Customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills. β€’ Ability to handle multiple projects, with multiple clients and the pressures of managing required timelines. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Ability to take direction as well as work autonomously. β€’ Meticulous attention to detail.
