Description

• Serve as a key partner to the CEO and executive team, providing financial leadership. • Manage the company’s financial health, developing scalable financial infrastructure. • Provide strategic recommendations on financial planning, capital management, and growth opportunities. • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards, including US GAAP. • Manage the company’s liquidity, cash flow, and investment strategies. • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a software or technology company. • Proven track record of managing financial strategy, operations, and capital in a high-growth environment. • Deep understanding of software business models, including SaaS, subscription models, and revenue recognition rules. • Experience with scaling companies • Strong knowledge of financial management principles • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire a finance team. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights and strategies to non-financial stakeholders and investors. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage competing priorities.
