📋 Description

• The Director of Pre-Sales Engineering for EMEA will be responsible for leading and managing the pre-sales function across the EMEA region. • This role requires a dynamic leader who will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to potential clients, ensuring both customer satisfaction and business growth. • The Director will drive the overall strategy for pre-sales activities, including technical sales support, product demonstrations, and solution design, while managing and developing a high-performing pre-sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent concentration. • 12+ years experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical sales support role. • Prior experience in a managerial or team lead role is preferred. • CCNP, CCIE or equivalent networking certification is preferred. • Proven success in building and leading a successful global Pre-Sales team. • Extensive experience in network design, planning and operations. Network automation experience is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Good understanding of software sales cycles, customer needs analysis and the ability to translate a networking challenge into a solution. • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25-35% (includes international travel).
