Description
• Serve as the primary solutions consultant for the deployed NetBrain Automation Platform • Build strong technical relationships with network tools and operations • Perform preventative maintenance of the NetBrain platform • Consult to understand network environment and identify automation targets • Architect and integrate customized automation solutions into workflows • Deliver product training to customer teams • Document customer health and progress • Create customer-facing materials • 10% travel to client sites
Requirements
• US citizen is required. • Degree in a technical subject (STEM) or equivalent work experience • Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements • Knowledge of networking fundamentals • Ability to work independently and in teams with little supervision • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
