Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager, LEED Accredited Professional) are a plus. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations. Proficiency with facilities management software and tools. • Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale facility projects, including renovations, relocations, and new installations. • Budgeting: Experience in developing and managing budgets, with a focus on cost control and financial efficiency.
