Description

• Currently seeking a purpose-driven Consulting Director for our Finance portfolio. • Accountable for high-level portfolio management, business development, and delivery strategy. • Setting & executing delivery strategies for finance portfolio. • Co-creating & executing commercial strategy for Finance vertical. • Ensuring project & product management standards are maintained. • Monitoring delivery quality and client satisfaction. • Driving continuous improvement of project management best practices. • Responsible for portfolio’s commercial success. • Engaging actively in attracting new clients to Netguru. • Identifying & contributing to potential sales and growth opportunities. • Leading, building & coaching a team of Delivery and Engineering Leads. • Securing a productive environment for project teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record and 5+ years of experience in leading technology programmes and/or portfolios. • Hands-on experience in delivering digital projects (ideally enterprise software). • Experience in a customer-facing environment; preferably finance. • Experience working with clients throughout all stages. • Track record of building delivery excellence. • Track record in introducing company-wide initiatives; strong change management skills. • Engineering background would be a big asset. • Fluency in English and Polish. • Strong team management techniques. • Broad business and technology understanding. • Strong networking skills. • Ability to communicate big ideas effectively. • Ability to execute & delegate in a complex environment. • Creative problem solver with a holistic mindset. • Motivated by complex challenges and a can-do attitude.
