• Developing and implementing UX design strategies in line with business goals and industry trends. • Advocating for user-centered design principles and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Conducting user research and testing to improve the user experience. • Creating and maintaining design assets for consistency and accessibility. • Staying updated on design trends and inspiring innovation. • Aligning design initiatives with business strategy and driving process improvements. • Fostering a design-centric culture within the organization.

Requirements

• You know perfectly the principles of Ul and UX design. • You have knowledge of prototyping tools (Marvel/inVision). • You have documented banking or fintech experience. • Understanding concepts and rules specific to the banking environment. • You have a strong portfolio to prove the above. • Being able to manage multiple stakeholders. • Excellent time management skills, sense of ownership. • Analytical approach based on user tests. • Research skills and moodboards creation. • You have a strong command of written and spoken English (C1+); Polish not required.
