📋 Description

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for automated builds, testing, and deployments. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers using Rancher and Grafana. • Participate in a 24x7 shift-based on-call schedule to support continuous operations for a critical communications platform. • Maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability of the SMS broker application. • Implement and enforce DevSecOps best practices, including vulnerability scanning with Fortify and other tools. • Collaborate with developers to integrate security and performance metrics into the development lifecycle. • Create and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) scripts for consistent and reproducible environments. • Manage access controls and security configurations for all components of the system. • Provide incident response and perform root cause analysis for production issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. • U.S. Citizen; eligible for U.S. Public Trust Security Clearance. • 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Rancher in production environments. • Expertise in AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda) and networking concepts. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab and infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. • Strong knowledge of application security practices and tools like Fortify. • Proficiency in monitoring and performance optimization using Grafana or similar tools. • Familiarity with Git version control and Agile development workflows. • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
