Description
• Technical Accounting Manager role in a dynamic, high-growth environment • Provide technical accounting guidance on complex issues • Reconcile accounts monthly for accurate reporting • Support month-end close and financial consolidation • Participate in merger & acquisition activities • Support annual financial audit • Work cross-functionally on business transactions • Support educational efforts on accounting and finance issues
Requirements
• Current CPA: Must Have • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Preferred 5~7 years of relevant experience in public accounting firms and high-tech industry • Excellent grasp of US GAAP and understanding of IFRS concepts • Self-motivated individual • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Ability to work well within a team • Critical thinker • Experience building relationships with senior executives • Lifelong learner • Experience with financial process improvement • Experience working at a private equity portfolio company is preferred • Experience with acquisitions • Experience with Sage Intacct ERP is a plus
