Description

• The Adoption Specialist is a customer facing position that is tasked with driving adoption, training, and proof of concepts for Collaboration solutions. • Provide adoption services for customers on Collaboration solutions. • Develop and publish “Tips and Tricks” on social media for customers to follow and engage. • Work with the Customer Experience practice closely to ensure we are staying ahead of renewals. • Develop rapport and strong positive relationships with various individuals within the customers’, manufacturers’, industry peers, and internal resources.

Requirements

• Technical experience in one or more of the focus areas is a plus: Cisco WebEx, Cisco Video Endpoints, Cisco Call manager, Cisco WebEx Calling, Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone, Zoom Events. • Meticulous attention to detail – desire to do things correctly the first time. • Strong communication skills (written and spoken). • Self-motivated but can work well independently and as part of a team. • Experience identifying business challenges and how to solve those challenges with technology solutions. • Strong understanding of business drivers is a plus. • Experience with training end users is a plus. • Experience working in a VAR or consulting environment is a plus. • Certifications in solutions provided is a plus from any manufacturers: Cisco, Zoom and other leading industry certifications.
