• Work with our customers to collect and define requirements, propose & deliver solutions. • Build, and often architect, best-in-class implementations of Ironclad. • Configure Ironclad Solutions using tools available on the platform. • Quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of Ironclad features. • Advise customers on solution tradeoffs for cost/benefit analysis. • Acquire and maintain all applicable Ironclad Certifications. • Be a NeuraFlash evangelist in the Ironclad Community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on project and consulting teams. • 1+ years of implementation experience of Ironclad or DocuSign CLM. • Prior experience as a Consultant with Ironclad or DocuSign CLM. • 2+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Ironclad or DocuSign platforms. • 1+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications. • Experience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles. • Expert at project delivery, including all aspects of program management and the SDLC. • Experience in management of established technology and product departments. • Experience with building out project and program teams and organizing programs for success. • Experienced management with a strong history of mentoring others. • Background or relevant education in Operations, Legal, and Contract Management.
