Description

• Manage and deliver technical projects & product features on time and within budget. • Analyse data and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimising performance. • Drive and collaborate within the product and growth team the strategy and roadmap for our mobile and web applications. • Run deep analysis on user's behaviour (data mining), identify pattern (data analysis) and provide solutions. • Become the point of contact for all BI related topics within the organisation. • Be responsible for running and completing feature experiments. • Live with a Growth mindset - you constantly look for learning opportunities for yourself and the team. • Be responsible for the data warehouse and building internal reports. • Be part of the Growth and Product Teams. • Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Care and CRM Departments. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in software development (especially Apple Store connect & Google Play) and project management.

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role (BI analyst, Data PM…) • You Have at least 2 years of experience in a technical field related to B2C or B2B products (backend, frontend, mobile development, and product management). • You possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • You have studied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or Business Intelligence, Business Administration, or related fields. • You have strong experience in SQL, Standard Bigquery, PostgreSQL... • You were part of a product team or had close interaction with the product group focusing on delivering digital consumer facing products (E-commerce, Games, or ideally Education / Health). • You have a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. • You have personal experience as a user of digital health, education, or productivity apps. • You are located in a timezone within 2h from Germany. • You have strong problem-solving skills. • You speak English with excellent written and oral communication skills. • You are a team-player and love to help out your colleagues. • You have advanced knowledge of R or Python • You have experience conceptualising and executing A/B tests. • You have been working on mobile applications. • You have a basic knowledge of German,French, Spanish or Italian.
