β€’ Administer and maintain SharePoint farms and databases to ensure the highest level of performance and security. β€’ Manage and revise SharePoint governance policies, aligning them with federal compliance requirements. β€’ Implement and oversee site collections, workflows, and custom solutions to facilitate agency-specific needs. β€’ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and tools. β€’ Design, execute, and document backup and recovery procedures. β€’ Conduct regular audits to evaluate the effectiveness and security of SharePoint environments, adhering to federal regulations and compliance mandates. β€’ Offer technical support and troubleshooting, employing a customer-focused approach to meet the distinct needs of agency personnel. β€’ Provide training sessions and create user-friendly documentation, empowering federal agency staff to effectively utilize SharePoint capabilities.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required; however, an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree. β€’ A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint administration. β€’ Certifications in Microsoft SharePoint, ITIL 4, or SAFe are highly desirable. β€’ Strong understanding of federal compliance requirements, including FISMA and FedRAMP. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. β€’ U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
