📋 Description

• As Director of Media Services, you’ll be the strategic architect behind high-impact, measurable, full-funnel marketing programs • This role goes beyond tactical execution—you're setting the vision, informed by deep expertise in media planning, consumer research, and advanced measurement • Leverage tools like MRI Simmons, SEMrush, and Nielsen, to craft data-driven strategies • Lead with innovation, inspire high-performing teams, and ensure seamless collaboration across media, creative, measurement, and strategy • Drive strategic success for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a focus on delivering high-impact, full-funnel marketing strategies • Manage key executive-level client relationships • Facilitate seamless, integrated delivery across strategy, media, measurement/analytics and creative • Apply advanced measurement methodologies to enhance media planning and optimize campaigns • Anticipate and address client issues with strategic solutions • Oversee P&L management within book of business, including spend/revenue forecasting • Identify and capitalize on emerging media trends

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in media strategy, media planning, and client services • Proven record of cross-channel expertise and strategic leadership • Channel/platform expertise required (combination of paid search, paid social, programmatic) • Experience leveraging consumer research and tools such as MRI Simmons, Nielsen, or similar platforms to craft data-informed strategies • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to navigate client P&L discussions • Demonstrated expertise in managing $100M+ marketing budgets • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams of 10+ members • 5+ years of formal people management experience required • Strong strategic vision and communication skills • Familiarity with advanced measurement frameworks • A collaborative mindset with a focus on innovation, growth, and delivering exceptional client outcomes
