Description

• Support digital marketing efforts by developing and maintaining performance dashboards • Analyze visitor behavior and identify optimization opportunities • Provide actionable insights to enhance SEO strategies and video channel performance • Publish and maintain standard SEO and video performance dashboards and scorecards • Provide insights into site visitor behavior for optimization • Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics • Assist in A/B testing focused on conversion rate optimization • Coordinate with technical teams for web analytics implementation and tracking • Proactively monitor customer behavior and resolve issues • Identify opportunities for web page performance optimization • Utilize SQL and other tools for data querying and integration

Requirements

• 4+ years of corporate experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field • Background supporting E-Commerce sites or corporations is strongly preferred • Experience working with large and complex SQL databases • Expertise in one or more leading web analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 360, Optimizely, etc.) • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel or similar tools (e.g., Tableau) for data manipulation and visualization is required • Familiarity with experimental design and statistical analysis to drive business decision-making • A deep understanding of customer behavior, sales and marketing psychology, ROI analysis, and design/testing methodologies • Strong grasp of statistical concepts and data science methodologies • Experience with digital marketing channel analysis (PPC, SEO, Display, Social) • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment • A sense of humor and a positive attitude are always appreciated
