📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to meet business goals, collaborating with key stakeholders across Yoast and Newfold Digital. • Drive customer acquisition through high-impact marketing activations, demand generation, and performance marketing. • Lead the brand strategy, ensuring Yoast maintains a strong presence and reputation in priority market segments through compelling campaigns and thought leadership. • Oversee and optimize marketing performance, fostering a culture of high performance, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven investments across channels to support business growth. • Advocate for the marketing team within the leadership team and across the broader Newfold Digital organization. • Ensure the team operates efficiently with clear structure, processes, and performance measurement frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the IT, software, or SaaS industry. • Proven expertise in customer acquisition, demand generation, and data-driven marketing. • Strong leadership experience, managing and mentoring large marketing teams across multiple disciplines. • Strategic planning and execution, ability to develop and execute strategic brand and performance marketing initiatives. • Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital channels to drive customer engagement and growth. • Experience in budget management and ROI-driven marketing investments. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem is a plus.
