• Maximize value of customer interactions through Marketing Automation. • Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-sell surfaces. • Develop roadmap for Ad Server enhancements. • Coordinate project deliverables across internal teams. • Oversee BAU delivery of multi-channel marketing offers. • Monitor campaigns and analyze results. • Evaluate current processes for further automation. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years marketing automation experience. • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. • Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies. • Knowledgeable in use of Jira and Confluence. • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager implementations.
