Description

β€’ Responsible for coordinating the internal service process for commercial property and casualty clients. β€’ Manage successful outsourcing of workflows including certificates of insurance and policy checking. β€’ Prepare and review client communications and deliverables. β€’ Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies. β€’ Coordinate and own the renewal process workflow.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 2 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment. β€’ Property and Casualty Insurance license required. β€’ Minimum of 1 year of Insurance brokerage experience required. β€’ Commercial insurance experience preferred.
