Description
• Responsible for coordinating the internal service process for commercial property and casualty clients. • Manage successful outsourcing of workflows including certificates of insurance and policy checking. • Prepare and review client communications and deliverables. • Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies. • Coordinate and own the renewal process workflow.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment. • Property and Casualty Insurance license required. • Minimum of 1 year of Insurance brokerage experience required. • Commercial insurance experience preferred.
