β€’ The HCC Coordinator makes calls to and answers calls from providers regarding HCC Risk Adjustment reports and projects. β€’ Serves as a clerical resource for other team members and management.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum Education: A High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA preferred. β€’ Minimum Experience: At least one (1) year relevant experience within the healthcare industry. At least one year experience in creating and generating reports. β€’ Req. Certification/Licensure: None. β€’ "Location-Based Pay Adjustment"
