Description

β€’ SQUIRE is the leading business management system for barbers and shop owners. β€’ Manage disputes, chargebacks, and other payment-related queries. β€’ Handle card disputes and investigate chargebacks. β€’ Support optimization of payment processes and trends. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize risk. β€’ Reports to the Director of Risk.

Requirements

β€’ 1+ years of experience with payment processing systems, card dispute handling, and chargeback processes β€’ Familiarity with payment schemes and card network regulations (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) β€’ Knowledge of US and international payment regulations and dispute resolution β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on using data to drive decision-making β€’ Strong communication skills that foster collaboration and partnership among internal and external stakeholders β€’ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines β€’ Experience with fraud detection and risk management is a plus β€’ Available for 4-6 hours of weekend coverage (final schedule to be determined)

Benefits
