🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field • 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or data science roles • Expert-level SQL skills for complex data manipulation and analysis • Strong proficiency in Python, particularly with data analysis libraries and experience implementing predictive analytics models • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or similar) or data visualization libraries • Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects from inception to completion, including setting project scope, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality results that drive business impact • Experience developing and implementing metrics frameworks or KPI systems • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and effectively manage competing priorities across multiple business units
