• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle voice and non-voice queries efficiently. • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in English and Tamil, and be capable of handling customer inquiries with empathy. • The role requires familiarity with WhatsApp handling, basic email management, and a quick learning ability for e-commerce operations. • As part of the team, you will undergo 3 months of training to ensure you provide exceptional support to our customers. • A basic understanding of sales is a plus, and prior experience in e-commerce customer support or e-commerce agency support is highly preferred.
