• Assist clients with booking flights, cruises, train tickets, and other travel arrangements • Verify availability, pricing, and travel regulations before processing reservations • Communicate via phone, email, and chat to understand travel needs • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions • Stay updated on airline policies, travel restrictions, and industry trends
🎯 Requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual is a plus!) • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail • Customer service or ticketing experience is a bonus, but not required— we train you! • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, independent work environment • Basic computer proficiency (experience with booking platforms & CRM tools is helpful but not required)
