• We are seeking a Contract Lawyer/Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume contract environment. • The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, sharp business and legal acumen, and a strategic approach to risk management. • This role requires someone who can negotiate terms to protect the company's interests while taking measured risks that align with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume contract environment, preferably in professional services, technology, or corporate legal departments. • Strong understanding of contract law, risk mitigation, and negotiation strategies. • Proven ability to negotiate contracts that protect the company's interests while enabling business growth. • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and legal teams. • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, with availability during EST hours.
