Description

• Job entails managing all administrative tasks of legal cases. • Prepare and format memoranda, correspondence, and other legal credentials. • Independently draft standard routine pleadings, correspondence, and other documents. • Read and electronically profile e-mails. • Maintain superior public relations with business associates and clients. • Schedule appointments, meetings, depositions. • Proofread legal documents as required. • Provide support to the Legal Team in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere. • Manage and organize production of documents; identify privileged documents. • Update client systems and internal systems, as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Secondary education or some college a plus. • Minimum 3-5 year Litigation Paralegal experience or general knowledge of Florida’s mortgage litigation cases. • Certified Paralegal a plus.
