• Join Pacer Pro as a key member of our customer success team. • Respond to emergent issues and proactively identify customer needs. • Communicate information to Product and help identify pilot and test users. • Map workflows for state and federal courts. • Build out templates and guides for customer and team interactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation paralegal or litigation docketing experience required. • Results oriented, deadline driven, clear communicator focused on supporting and delighting customers. • Creative problem solver, working with power users and others who are product experts. • Timely, organized and responsible, ensuring follow-ups and handling client issues.
