Description

• Collaborate with a dedicated group of professionals working remotely and/or at corporate headquarters. • Play an integral role in the day-to-day legal operations of the company. • Own and manage organizational aspects of the legal department. • Develop and maintain efficient systems to improve legal department service. • Maintain the lifecycle of all Company contracts. • Independently draft, review and process routine contracts and legal documents. • Maintain Company contract templates and update as required. • Develop and implement document naming conventions. • Interact with facility and company leadership for contracting and operational needs. • Maintain official electronic files and corporate records. • Provide administrative support for corporate restructuring documents and activities. • Assist in drafting corporate policy documents. • Draft and/or review other routine contracts and documents as requested. • Work on other projects as assigned.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree, contract management experience, and paralegal experience. • Minimum five (5) years' experience managing contract files, including monitoring all aspects of files for required timely responses. • Minimum three (3) years' experience receiving, reviewing and drafting first responses to routine contract correspondence and requests with limited attorney direction. • Minimum five (5) years' experience drafting, revising, and updating contracts, such as addendums, amendments, and notices. • Experience implementing and managing a contract/document management system. • Working knowledge of corporate records, documents filed with the Secretary of State, formation of LLCs, and ability to assist and guide the preparation of annual reports. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with other departments, vendors, and contracting parties with limited attorney instruction or oversight. • Superb organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Must be a proven team player willing to pitch-in on projects outside of normal responsibilities. • Ability to balance workload amid interruption and change in priorities, potentially multiple times within the same workday. • Ability to work well under pressure and evolving changes within the Company. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Company matters. • Advanced ability to read and interpret written information and write clearly and informatively. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and the Google suite of products. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor • Strong oral and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and management. • Solid analytical, research, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
