• NewRocket is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect (Service Portal) to be responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services, within our Experience practice. • Manage all aspects of application development, including design, coding, debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting systems, query optimization, and report-writing. • Customize Service Portal ServiceNow applications. • Experience with implementing integrations with ServiceNow Discovery and Core module (Normal Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, CMS ). • Creation of script-based Assignment and Approval rules, custom-related lists, Access Control list, UI Policy, and client script. • Experience with ServiceNow for custom application design and development. • Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes and hands-on with ITIL process implementation. • Conduct requirements gathering workshops • Help integration team in planning and packaging the ServiceNow service portal integration solution. • Conduct Requirements Analysis sessions and customer workshops. • Troubleshoot and support ServiceNow based applications and systems. • Draft use cases and functional requirements documents. • Draft proposals and statements of work for solutions. • Reviewing and providing guidance on functional requirements documents. • Provide technical assistance in a pre-sale’s capacity. • Design custom or product-based solutions based on ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow Portal products. • 5 - 10 years of experience in application development at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Development Company. • 4 years of ServiceNow Platform Experience with an in-depth understanding of ServiceNow architecture. • Passion in engineering science and technology. Applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of managed services. • Collaboration with customers is something you love to do! Including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. • Thrives in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. • Experience with IT systems and technology platforms • Adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment!
