📋 Description

• Responsible for enrollment strategy and day-to-day oversight and effective execution of all operational-level business processes related to domestic and international student recruitment and admissions. • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven enrollment strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets. • Lead the transformation of the university's global marketing and recruitment efforts. • Collaborate with NewUni executives and university leadership to align enrollment strategies with overall institutional goals. • Spearhead the expansion into new international markets, identifying high-potential regions for student recruitment. • Design and implement a best-in-class admissions process, enhancing efficiency and student experience. • Foster cross-departmental collaborations to ensure seamless integration of international students into campus life. • Leverage advanced analytics to drive decision-making and continuously improve recruitment strategies. • Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse team of enrollment and marketing professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in international education, enrollment management, or related fields. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful international student recruitment strategies. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse, high-performing teams. • Commitment to ethical practices. • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and predictive modeling. • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and global perspective. • Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing market trends. • Innovative problem-solver with a growth mindset. • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complex challenges. • Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and emerging technologies in education.
