📋 Description

• This Senior Leadership role will drive insightsoftware’s product vision and strategy for our Close & Consolidation Product Pillar. • This leader is an expert in the Close & Consolidation space and will be responsible for the successful execution of our short and long-term product roadmap. • This leader will oversee multiple global Close & Consolidation products and their strategies and source new inorganic opportunities. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for accelerating growth for current and future products. • They must exude an unrelenting passion for our customer experience, strong financial acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and beyond. • Experience with relevant accounting standards and regulations such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and other regulatory requirements impacting financial close and reporting processes. • Extensive enterprise team management experience in a complex, matrixed software environment. • Ability to understand the technical architecture of the software and communicate effectively with engineering teams. • Strong ability to inspire and coach, and a history of hiring, managing, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams. • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, building consensus across the organization and being a critical part of a leadership team. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can successfully articulate high-level strategy, as well as tactical details. • Experience defining and executing strategic initiatives with quantified results for customers and the business through constant learning and experimentation. • Results-proven experience working with or implementing product management and engineering best practices. • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate data sources and extract meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations.
