Description

• The Clinical and Medical Affairs Administrator will play an integral role within the Clinical and Medical Affairs department. • Focuses on the contract execution and budgetary oversight for the CA/MA team. • Act as the point of contact to execute Medical and Clinical Affairs vendor/clinical research site contracts. • Manage vendor & site payments trackers across Clinical and Medical Affairs projects. • Execute IIS contracts working with investigators and their parent institutions. • Perform Fair Market Valuation (FMV) to ensure vendor contracts are executed appropriately. • Maintains clinical research budgets and tracks expenditure at the project level. • Manages all aspects of clinical trial site payments. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to site payments. • Liaise with Finance to forecast and manage budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in contracting, handling budgets, etc. • Knowledge of clinical trials and medical affairs • Experience working in FDA-regulated industry (general) highly preferred • Familiar with SAP, Datarails or similar programs required • Well-versed in the use MS-Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and Adobe PDF effectively
