📋 Description

• Maintain critical business relationships with customers and create new business opportunities • Respond to customer needs and ensure timely follow-up • Analyze business performance and deliver sales growth recommendations • Resolve customer issues and communicate relevant feedback • Prepare customer quotations and obtain necessary feedback • Enter orders ensuring accuracy and proactively update customers on order status

• Applied post-secondary education • 2-3 years B2B experience • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Proven business and operational experience and skills • Relationship building capabilities to source and develop opportunities, and close sales • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills • Client focused, responsive, service-oriented, persuasive and flexible
