• About Nexla: Nexla is transforming how enterprises handle data with a cutting-edge no-code platform that simplifies data integration, management, and delivery. • Role Overview: As a full-stack AI Engineer at Nexla, you will design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications that enhance the capabilities of our platform. • AI Application Development: Build and maintain AI-powered features in our platform, integrating machine learning models to solve complex data problems. • Front-End Development: Create user-friendly, responsive UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks (React) to enhance the user experience. • Back-End Development: Build scalable and efficient server-side applications using Python, FastAPI and manage cloud-based microservices. • Model Integration: Use LLM for solving business needs, optimizing them for real-time use cases and scaling them in production. • Data Pipeline Integration: Develop and maintain data pipelines for AI applications, ensuring seamless data ingestion and processing. • Cloud Infrastructure: Utilize AWS or GCP to manage cloud resources, automate deployments, and ensure scalability using Kubernetes and Docker. • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to align technical solutions with business goals. • Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for data security and privacy, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in full-stack software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications. • Front-End Skills: Proficiency in React, Next.js, or similar frameworks; solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript. • Back-End Skills: Strong experience with Python, FastAPI and experience building RESTful APIs and microservices. • Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. • AI/ML Expertise: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience integrating LLM models into production. • Database Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and Pinecone. • Velocity: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative, cross-functional teams. • NLP Experience: Experience with natural language processing (NLP) models and data, especially relevant to data integration and query processing. • DevOps Expertise: Experience with tools like Terraform and Kubernetes for managing infrastructure as code. • Data Engineering: Familiarity with building ETL pipelines and working with large-scale data processing.
