📋 Description
• The Nexodus Internship Program is seeking a driven Recruiter Intern to support the recruitment efforts for Nexodus and its clients. • This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and interview coordination. • Ideal candidates are people-focused, organized, and have a passion for recruiting. • LENGTH OF INTERNSHIP: - October 6, 2024 – May 2, 2025. • Mandatory In-Person Internship Development Session (Once a month) • Must be able to work 29 hours per week (3-4 days/wk.), which may include nights and weekends as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends if needed. • Must be a current college Sophomore, Junior, or Senior, majoring in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
